Effective 11 August 2026
Terms of use
1. Provider, reseller, and product
Aurevia Cash Flow Cloud is provided by Jakob Al Ssawaf, trading as Aurevia Market, Senftenberger Ring 32, 13435 Berlin, Germany. Digistore24 acts as reseller for the purchase shown on its order form, confirmation, and invoice.
The product is licensed browser-based decision-support software. It imports user-supplied CSV/XLSX data and supports cash forecasts from 13 weeks to five years, scenarios, working-capital reviews, risk ranges, decision cases, optional encrypted project storage, team review, and management exports.
2. License, access period, and users
The one-time price includes licensed access for a minimum of 24 months from the first successful payment, together with compatibility and security maintenance during that minimum period. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Access may remain available after the minimum period at no extra charge, but continued availability beyond that period is not promised unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
The license owner may invite up to ten named users from the same licensed organization. License keys, invitation links, vault passphrases, and sessions must not be shared publicly, resold, sublicensed, reverse engineered, or used to provide unauthorized third-party access. The owner must assign suitable roles and revoke access that is no longer required.
3. Technical requirements and limits
A current major version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari, JavaScript, cookies, and an internet connection are required. Each import is limited to 15 MB and 10,000 rows. The product does not connect directly to banks, accounting platforms, or ERPs. Named export adapters are file-import aids and do not imply sponsorship, certification, or a live integration.
One project is open in the browser at a time. Up to 50 encrypted Cloud Vault projects may be retained per license. Long-range forecasts require user-supplied dated or recurring entries; the software does not invent future transactions.
4. No professional advice and buyer responsibilities
Users must check dates, classifications, entities, counterparties, amounts, opening cash, minimum cash, available credit, source completeness, and scenario assumptions before relying on an output. Risk paths, Forecast Trust grades, payment-timing adjustments, recurring-commitment prompts, facility sizing, and Safe-to-Commit values are planning aids, not predictions, guarantees, payment instructions, audit opinions, or financing commitments.
The software does not provide bookkeeping, accounting, tax, legal, investment, financing, insolvency, audit, or assurance advice. A suitably qualified professional should be consulted where liquidity, solvency, compliance, reporting, or a material transaction is in question.
5. Local processing, Cloud Vault, and exports
Source-file parsing, row editing, calculations, and report creation run locally in the browser by default. If Cloud Vault is deliberately used, project content is encrypted in the browser before transmission. Project names, review comments, signer names, roles, and audit metadata are not protected by the private vault passphrase. The passphrase is never transmitted and cannot be recovered by Aurevia.
Users should export and retain any records they need before deleting a project or before the access period ends. Approval records are workflow attestations and are not qualified electronic signatures.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or revoked after a refund, chargeback, failed payment, material breach, abuse, or a security threat. Where practical, users will be given a reasonable opportunity to cure a remediable breach. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Updates and availability
Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service secure and available. Maintenance, hosting incidents, and force majeure may temporarily interrupt access. Paid core functionality will not be materially removed during the minimum access period without an appropriate remedy. Security or legal changes may be applied immediately where necessary.
8. Sixty-day commercial guarantee and statutory rights
A 60-day commercial money-back guarantee applies from the first payment and is administered through Digistore24 under the checkout terms. This voluntary guarantee is additional to, and does not restrict, any mandatory statutory withdrawal, conformity, warranty, or remedy rights.
9. Intellectual property
Aurevia retains all rights in the software, interface, documentation, branding, and original content. Buyers receive only the limited use right described above. Stripe, PayPal, Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, and other third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners; references identify compatible export formats and do not imply endorsement.
10. Liability
Liability is unlimited where limitation is unlawful, including for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, fraudulently concealed defects, guarantees expressly assumed, and mandatory product-liability rules. For ordinary negligence involving an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the typical foreseeable loss. Otherwise, liability for ordinary negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
11. Governing law and consumers
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice does not remove mandatory protection granted by the law of the country in which they habitually reside. Mandatory venue rules remain unaffected.
12. Support and dispute resolution
Product support: support@aureviaaccess.com.
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
These terms describe the released product and commercial offer. Mandatory consumer and data-protection law always takes precedence where applicable.
