Terms of use

1. Product

Aurevia Cash Flow Cloud is self-service planning software for producing a 13-week cash forecast from user-supplied data. Access is licensed through the applicable Digistore24 order.

2. Business use and permitted users

The product is intended for business planning. A license may not be shared publicly, resold, reverse engineered, or used to provide unauthorized access to third parties.

3. No professional advice

The software does not provide bookkeeping, accounting, tax, legal, investment, financing, audit, assurance, or insolvency advice. Outputs depend on the completeness and accuracy of user data and assumptions.

4. User responsibility

Users must verify transaction dates, classifications, amounts, opening cash, minimum cash, and scenario assumptions before relying on any output. A qualified professional should be consulted when liquidity, solvency, compliance, or reporting is in question.

5. Availability and changes

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available and secure. Maintenance, platform incidents, or force majeure may temporarily interrupt access. Material product changes will not remove paid core functionality without a lawful remedy.

6. Access suspension

A license may be disabled automatically after a refund, chargeback, failed payment, misuse, or material breach. Statutory customer rights and the Digistore24 order terms remain unaffected.

7. Provider and contract information

The contracting reseller and provider details applicable to the purchase appear on the Digistore24 order form, order confirmation, and invoice. Product support is provided under the Aurevia Market brand.

8. Liability

Liability is not excluded where exclusion is unlawful, including intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory product liability. Otherwise, liability is limited according to the applicable contract and law.
